Reasonable Legal Fees
Rad Deaton believes that you should be paying for effective legal advice and representation and strives to provide as much. We even offer many services on a flat fee basis, including criminal defense cases, uncontested divorce, and name changes. Clients are responsible for all expenses and case-related costs within the scope of representation. Personal injury cases are generally taken on a contingency fee basis – with no charge for attorney’s fees unless you recover damages – with fees calculated before expenses. If a recovery by settlement or trial is made, the client will be responsible for the costs advanced in addition to the attorney fees earned. The client shall be responsible for all expenses within the scope of representation.
